    Can't forward or reply emails in Outlook 2007

    ***Bangs head at Outlook 2007 again*** I can't reply to emails or forward them. The buttons and menus are greyed out. I have restarted both computer and program and still the same. Does any one know what has caused this? Ta!

    Are you missing the SMTP settings? If you don't have a server in there, you can not send anything. What service are you using for e-mail?

    Ive been using it fine for a long time, and just today couldnt forward or reply. I am with Bigpond here in Australia.

    In fact, I just looked at most of the menus such as edit and tools and they are all greyed out too???? Now I am really at a loss!
