has anyone else been getting this problem? it started yesterday, on Nov. 13. When i try to get Windows update, it goes for a long time and then says that it is unable to process whatever, or that the site is down, im not quite sure. but usually it just says that there is no updates and then its fine...but its been happening since i got that patch thing for the themes...has anyone else had this problem or is it just me, and how can i solve this problem?

Try it again when you get the change. My Auto Update program downloaded something today...

Are there any other error messages displayed?

    1) what change do you mean?
    2) the full thing says: "[Error number: 0x80072EFD] The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem."

    Try these steps:

    - Go to the Control Panel and select the Security Center.
    - Click on "Automatic Updates" under "Manage Security Settings".
    - Select "Automatic (recommended)."
    - Click OK.
    - Close Security Center and Control Panel.

Windows should download and install the updates within the next 24 hours. To check if the updates were installed, go to Microsoft Update and click on "Review your update history". When the updates are installed you can deactivate the automatic updates in the Security Center.

I think it makes you set a time for updates to be downloaded, make sure your computer's on then, too! ;)
