It removed by windows vista ID key and it slows my PC. I tried google but I couldn't find anything useful. I tried spyware doctor, combofix, nod 32 (as a 1st option but it only detects it, doesn't have the capability to delete it) so far. Any other options? I am desperate!

make sure you are running in safe mode when you do the scans as a lot of trojans are crafty and hang around

You can try HitmanPro3 or the already mentioned MBAM, to remove the infection and get your system running (at least more decently) again.

However, I agree with the gist 'michael_recycled' linked to^.
Either copy important data, that hasn't been backed up yet, to an USB memory stick or, if it's a lot of data, use a Bootable Linux CD and then copy data to an external device if necessary.
Then wipe your drive/system partition and reinstall your OS.

Perhaps not the advice you'd like at this point but when you've installed your OS+most used programs on a separate partition, (learn how to) make an image of the partition so that when the need arises, you can re-image in 10-15 minutes next time it might be needed.
