I installed FREEBSD but after some driver issues I went ahead and tried to get back to Windows but there was an MBR issue so I put in my recovery DVD.

My recovery DVD can't find any Windows installations and so it says I should "Load Drivers" but I have no clue what that means.

Advice? I'm thinking of just installing Grub.

Yes. The entire repair DVD was useless.

I installed Ubuntu and formatted over the FreeBSD partition and then used the DVD after that to fix Windows.

I see, glad anyway that you have found a solution.
