The problem is, any webpage that I go that requires security authentication, I just cannot sign into it. I can't sign into my hotmail, gmail, ebay, flickr, yahoo email just to name a few.

I tried Firefox, Safari, Flock, IE 7 and 8, and they ALL got the same page load problem. I can surf the net and download stuff nicely, but not sign in at all.

I can sign into this site however.

I have even cleared the cookies and cache, still to no avail.
I have even scanned for viruses using 3 different antivirus softwares; NIS 2009, Kaspersky, NOD32, and even AVG free - All of them reported none; it's a clean computer.

    UAC is also disabled.

I have tried different internet connections; home, school, office, public, regardless of ISP, they ALL still have that sign-in problem.

I even disabled my firewall, anti-virus and disarmed and disabled all security features on my browser; still no luck.

The error I got was very simple; After signing by typing my password and username, on IE, The Page Cannot Be Displayed yada yada yada, and so as Firefox's Page Load Error. Very simple blunt errors.

This is really driving my patience.
I predict there's something wrong with the security settings.

I'm using a Dell XPS M1730. (See Sig for specs)

EDIT: Opps I think this thread should belong to the Networking and Wireless forum. My bad.

Hmm, I could have sworn that my Java is working though... I just re-installed it, and everything seems to work again.... Thanks a bunch! +rep.

Looks like your BIOS time needs to be updated. Check your clock.
I did get security errors when signing in in my old PC and found that CMOS battery was out and the time was set wrong.
