We need more information, did you look in the BIOS to make sure the machine sees the SSDs? What laptop is it? Usually this erroris because the install can't see drives and needs a device driver for the controller. Again we need more info to further assist.

    @jnjroach
    Hello thnx for engage!
I have Acer Aspire Ethos 8951G
And BIOS reads both Samsung SSDs correctly.
I checked and I saw model numbers on both drives.
    I have 2x HDDs Seagate 750GB Original pre-installed Windows7 64 and that works.
I have removed them and installed SSDs,then inserted USB Flash Drive, went to BIOS selected boot from USB save exit.
Boot started I clicked on install windows and then that window popped up stuck here ...
    Strange things is
I have Vaio Laptop and I never had problem like this one

Strange as Windows 7 should have a AHCI driver by default to detect the SSDs. Check to see if the AHCI SATA mode is enabled in the BIOS. If it is on then try loading the Intel RST SATA driver to see if that brings up the SSD's, download the relevant package and extract the contents onto your USB drive.

Sometimes strangely using a different disc of Windows 7 solves some peculiar installation problems. Try using a Windows 7 SP1 disc to see if it makes a difference.

    Hello
I have solved problem - so so silly but I have learned
    I had those SSDs unallocated
So I formatted them then marked them as active installed them back and they been found. But I have installed some AHCI drivers but in windows (with HDDs) I don't think there will be any influence
But I had unallocated drives all the time with my Vaio and all was fine
Now I know all laptops behave differently

    Anyway
Thanx guys for your help I appreciate that
@Mats thnx for the link I will be studying that anyway

    Edit: One more thing
I had USB Key inserted in USB 3.0 port and this time I inserted it to classic USB 2.0 port
Maybe that was the problem ?

AFAIK Windows 7 has no driver for USB 3.0 port.
I suggest the missing driver message was for the USB 3.0 controller.

    eem no it doesn't
I reallize that laptop WILL boot win 7 from that USB 3.0 but BIOS will read from USB 3.0 and then it will hand over to windows installer to manage ,and yes win7 doesn't have drivers yet , maybe Win8 will have already implemented in
after I instal win 7 I had to instal Re NEC/Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver
