Running XP service pack 3
When I want to delete or install certain programs , I get the message :
"Cannot get access to Windows Installer-service. The cause could be you are running windows in safe mode,or that windows installer is installed wrong"
Is there a way to reinstall "Windows Installer" to fix this or any other way to look for a solution ?

When I succeed at installing, I get the following error message when I try to run the program :"Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000."
Funny , since I have successfully installed and run this program.. -
I reinstalled Windows Installer but still get that "mmmm" sound(indicating something went wrong) right after installation is finished.
And when I start the program, I get "Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000." message from the program itself.. -
Tried the Windows Installer clean-up utility?

I installed it but don't know where I have to find it to run it .. -
Straight from the readme.txt included.
