Well actually I can create a new folder in the start menu, I just can't rename them for some reason. Every time I try to rename the folder with some other than "New Folder," I'll have the error:

The action can't be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program

Close the folder or file and try again.

How do I get around this issue? Would be nice if I can reorganize my start menu....

I also hope they allow you to sort with folders first, like with Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Server 2003, ad nauseum.

So I'm not the only one with this problem?
