When I open a new window, wheter on or off line, the window is displayed in its minimized size, forcing me to click to maximize it. How do I get them to display in the maximized state upon opening? I have tried various methods to accomplish this, but none seem to work.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, but although it then maximizes, it reverts to small size when I close and the reopen it.

    . Open the windows

. Maximize them, or resize them as see fit.

. Hold down CTRL key whilst clicking on X (close).

. The windows should remember to open in the last position next time around.

    cheers ...
