Okay it seems I can connect audio via bluetooth, i.e. listen to music from phone on the computer, but I cannot send pics to the computer via bluetooth. It keeps giving me "Unable to connect" but when I click on the bluetooth icon in my system tray at the bottom, it tells me I am connected with my phone o_o

Help plz? Using a WIDCOMM blue tooth device im pretty sure.

Have you tried updating your stack? Your phone should also tell you what bluetooth services are available.
If you're using the default microsoft stack, it sucks. It's very limited. Try to download the latest drivers and see if it works then. :)
