This is driving me crazy and I dont know if its software related, hardware related or whether the OS has something to do with it. I have a dell studio 15 running 32 bit Vista home premium. When ever I try to type a slash or question mark I get this é. Same thing happens when I type an apostrophe è. I dont even know what the symbol is called beside the number 1 but when I type it I get this / . This problem happened before but went away after I shutdown and rebooted but I would like to get to the root of the problem. Any help would be appreciated and if theres a mod reading this I wasnt sure of which forum to post this in, thought Id rule out a software problam 1rst.

I believe you have the wrong keyboard input language installed as default language.
Follow this guide to change it back to English US or any other language you want.

Ill look it over but Ive discovered that I can type an email correctly, only happens when using firefox and filling in forums. Ièll try using ie tomorrow to post and see if theres a difference.
