Is there any Centrino control like programs for AMD Turion. Is there any way to overclock a bit, a Turion.
    Thanks

For over clocking ClockGen worked for me w/TL-52.
CPU-Z might give you important Info about chipset which is important when using ClockGen. If you don't have Temp monitoring software I recommend so if heats get to high you can shut down b/4 damage (even using the button not Windows if really high) I use Notebook Hardware Control to monitor. NHC can overclock some CPU's (I think mostly Intel but check).

If it works test stability with a program like Prime95.
There are threads relating to OC also.
Watch Temp and you should be OK.

Edit: I would enable "power now" as a way of controlling temp works very well on mine. Also Some people undervolt, ask about that if you can OC.

I will give it a shot with clockgen. I tried clockgen, set the fsb to 206, pressed apply, and doesnt change.
    Thanks

With the PLL what chipset did you pick?
Also since you have NVidia chipset NVidia has overclocking tool, I've heard people say it is good but I have never used (not NVidia).

Yes, use the Nvidia Ntune application. It will let you overclock the cpu as well as the GPU from the Nvidia control panel considering the dv9000 ships with nvidia chipset & GPU. It will also let you monitor the GPU/chipset temeratures...

    I'm so sorry very important!!!!
Make sure your overclocking setup is set to not automatticly start when setting up, this is because if your CPU or GPU is unstable could cause a problem starting Windows which makes it harder to adjust. I always set it to not start even when I have found a stable point. Two reasons, 1st very easy to start on my own, 2nd If I am surfing the web or doing Word why stress CPU and GPU. Good Luck! Watch temps, and OC in small increments!
