    As far as I know Vistalizator does modify system files to mimic Ultimate edition and some users have reported their installation later flagged as non-genuine.

    So there is a small risk that something might go wrong...

    it's posible to change language during setup on fresh install? I think it's possible on home premium.I never try.
    I just bought a laptop with german W7 and want to change to my language.

    On some computers multilanguage discs are provided and sometimes when you do full recovery, first start after that asks for language.

    It depends on the computer and manufacturer how they decide to do the recovery system. It's possible they give only one language set or more.

    Here it's common to large OEMs have Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and English language selection at first boot because same computers are sold in the whole nordic region.
