This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Change windows 8 store apps default location

    Has anybody found any sure way of changing the default location where windows store apps are downloaded to. I heard of editing regedit but this causes previous apps to stop working.
    I have an SSD which has my OS and a hard drive which is where i want the apps to be downloaded to.
