Hello, I am looking for a way to change several display settings at once, via software or some type of script. I have a fairly nice setup, where I plug my smaller laptop into a monitor. However, when I plug it in, I currently have to change my resolution, switch the primary monitor setting, and choose to display the desktop only on monitor 2. The process repeats itself when I want to unplug it. What would be the best way to do this? Anyone have a similiar setup?

What laptop do you have? What video card is installed?

Go to the intel display driver, setup a scheme. When you want to change multiple settings at once, just change a scheme.
