I have been using Windows 7 Ultimate with a license key that I am not licensed to use anymore. I bought a new version of ultimate, but how do I change the license number?

I remember under System if the product was not activated it would give you an option to change the key, but since this is activated it does not give me that choice.

Should still let you change the key even with Windows activated. There should be a blue "Change Product Key" next to "Product ID:".

    I don't see that option...

(The blued out part is just the product ID, nothing else)

Do it by command line then.

    Code:
slmgr.vbs -ipk <insert your new product key here>
    slmgr.vbs -ato
