Okay, I like the idea of having a black taskbar, but I am not liking the fact that the active Window header is also black, which does not make the black text describing the Window easy to read... Is there any way to change the color of the Window independently from the taskbar, or even make the header text (i.e. Laptop Forums and Notebook Computer Discussion - Post New Thread - Windows Internet Explorer) a different color?

That involves some registry hacking, I think.. But I'm not too sure at all. Definitely not within the 'normal' theming region. Check with some Windows theming people? Windows really should be more flexible like Linux. They've improved it a lot with W7 with their various windows manager 'tricks', though.

Ah, I misread your post... Okay then, if it is no trouble for you then go ahead :)

The black I was using had the Color Intensity set to max and the Hue, Saturation, and Brightness all set to min; I would like this to be the Taskbar and Start Menu too if it is possible... For the Window color, it would be nice to have it set to "Slate"...

    EDIT: Quick mock-up in Paint...

Ahh, I found it... When I set up Win 7 I forgot to uncheck the "Hide File Extentions" option so I did not see the .msstyles

Jeff posted it already... Heck, I can not even figure out how to compress the .zip file to upload it on here, so lucky Jeff did :eek2:
