In my Windows tray at the bottom of the screen, I have a link to a web page. When I used to click on it, it used IE 7.0. Now it uses Safari. I want it to use IE 7. I do not know how the change occured. How can I change it back?

yeah, you must've set Safari as your default browser. open IE7, click "Extras", then "programs", and then at the bottom follow the link to set IE7 as standard for internet links. it'll actually open up a menu in your OS, but i can't recall right now how to get there directly :)

if you have latest Service pack for XP ( if its that is your os ) or you have Vista then you can use "Default Programs" or you can open IE > Internet Options > Programs , then select the check box
