An extra $5 if you want it with SP1.
Also, if you're a student you may be able to get it cheaper through your school. -
Yeah, buying OEM is the cheapest route. Just know that once you install it on a computer it is stuck to the computer for good. You can reinstall any time, but you won't be able to move it around.

Bestbuy has the Vista Ultimate upgrade for $69 this week.
-
To get that price on best buy i need to buy a laptop or PC with the software
-
The reason why you want x64 is obvious...
But why do you want Ultimate...I have it, and I'm pretty sure I use ZERO of the features on a regular basis.
Might want to consider Home Premium or Business -
Yeah, I went with HP x64 and I haven't missed anything from Vista 32 bit. You'll save about $90 if you go the HP route.
-
if you already have 32 you can simply get the disc from microsoft..
-
I just brought the Business upgrade OEM
Does this mean i can just install the 64 bit version and use the same COA ? -
Probably when you buy a computer pre-loaded with basic or prenium
Cheapest place to buy legit vista ultimate 64
