    Yeah, buying OEM is the cheapest route. Just know that once you install it on a computer it is stuck to the computer for good. You can reinstall any time, but you won't be able to move it around.

    The reason why you want x64 is obvious...

    But why do you want Ultimate...I have it, and I'm pretty sure I use ZERO of the features on a regular basis.

    Might want to consider Home Premium or Business

    Yeah, I went with HP x64 and I haven't missed anything from Vista 32 bit. You'll save about $90 if you go the HP route.

    if you already have 32 you can simply get the disc from microsoft..

    I just brought the Business upgrade OEM

    Does this mean i can just install the 64 bit version and use the same COA ?
