I keep looking on eBay, but usually don't see anything going for less than around $160.00 for the new, full install.
Dell is offering it for $150.00 extra when you buy something from them.

Any good source for a little less money, and of course still referring to a legal, new, full install?

ebay is your best bet. buying an OEM copy from a retailer is your other option. somebody with extra copies lying around is a good option, but hard to find.

You can try and find an educational discount as well, if it applies. Microsoft actually has deals for students (one just passed? it might still be valid) for Vista installs (and other software) for $60ish for students (OEM copies clearly, download + license only). I'd check deal forums such as fatwallet for such deals.
