My older son is in second grade and is starting to learn how to touch type, but is having a hard time with it at school because of limited time and all that. I want to supplement at home, but the sheer number of programs available is overwhelming. Does anyone have any recommendations as to what sort of fun children's typing software is actually a good purchase and works well? We are just trying to learn touch typing, nothing else at this point.

Do those cartoons and fancy colours and whatnot really keep the kids interested in the long run?
