I installed a program that is written in chinese, but Vista can't seem to display the characters properly (or rather, at all). I already installed the Simplified Chinese Language pack to no avail. Any suggestions?

    Try:

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Administrative > Language for non-Unicode programs > Change system locale
