I've been using Google Chrome ever since it came out and this problem never happened, but started two or three days ago, whenever I log into my GMail account, I get an error message:
![]()
I've tried logging out and logging back in and it doesn't work. I tried opening GMail on I.E. and FireFox and it works perfectly fine...
Any input on what I should do?

Does anyone else use your computer? if yes they may be signing into a different gmail user account.
Otherwise, it looks like Chrome isn't remembering your password
- First clear any gmail passwords
Click the wrench icon in the upper right > options > personal stuff > show saved passwords > then delete any gmail passwords
Then make sure you have "offer to save passwords" checked off -

Possible miscommunication here.
when I say "Then make sure you have "offer to save passwords" checked off", I mean ensure that it is turned on.
If it is turned on and your still having problems try clearing your browser data and starting again.
wrench > options > Personal Stuff Tab > clear browsing data
using chrome sign in to gmail, save your password, close chrome, open chrom, go to gmail sign in, see if that works. -
Clean out chrome with Ccleaner; worked for me.
