I have a Samsung ATIV 9 plus with 3200 x 1800 res, problem is with Chrome-youtube.
When using the default pepflashplayer it lags as bad as hell, I've tried enabling and disabling hardware acceleration within Chrome but it doesn't do anything
When disabling it and using adobe's flash it's buttery smooth in full screen but I get this problem when in normal mode:

Does anyone know how to fix this so the default size is normal?
There's no problems when using IE11 but I hate that browser

Maybe try with FF as a alternative....instead of Chrome. This sounds more like a Chrome problem and not something related to the O/S since you mention with Adobe Flash it works fine. You should report this problem to Chrome support about the youtube video lags and not to here at notebookreview as they aren't the developers of Chrome. I have not youtuve problem with FF26 and IE11 on my windows 7x64 4gig 4-core AMD processor and that computer is 5 years old and I keep it's software up to date and have no youtube problem as your saying. And it can't be your internet since you stated it works fine with Adobe Flash with no lags.
