I often download a .txt file from a web site that uses the "Notes" Windows 7 program.
When I use IE, "Notes" opens and the data appears. No file is created on my hard drive.
When I use Chrome, a .txt file is created on my hard drive. It does this every time. Is there a way to have Chrome do the same thing as IE?
