The live chat does not work at Lenovo.com. When I click on the live chat logo on the Lenovo website, a window opens to enter my name Etc, but when I click on the chat button, nothing happens.

    It works with IE8.

There are many websites that do not work with chrome and firefox. When it comes to webapps developed by cooperations IE is still best supported.

One of the reasons why so many companies still force their employees to use IE is because they have Intranet applications that dont work with other browsers.

Anyway, there is nothing you can do about this. If it annoys you a lot try the Chrome IE Tab extension. It might work.

as said, IE Tab extension works fine for most pages that wont work on Chrome.

You might need to click the IE tab button at the main Lenovo page, and then click your way through to the chat, instead of clicking the button when you are at the chat page.
