    Cirlce Dock

    right i was looking at other docks and i came across this - it seems cool but i have 2 questions about it

    1. is it possible to make it so when i open something from it that it still stays there as at the moment it disappears when i open something from it - i know if i move the mouse in certain directions that it brings it back up but i dont want to have to do that.

    2.how do you get it so that it opens the start menu - as i selected it so that it would open the start menu if i press the centre icon but all that happens is the dock disappears but the menu doesn't show
