How would you install a new clean vista?...i have found this website that says something http://www.lorgor.net/2007/01/31/perform-clean-install-with-vista-upgrade-dvds/
which seems pretty simple to me, but is there any other ways?...and might have window's tried to change their computers so that we won't be able to install the clean version by instaling a trial and then upgrading?.....basically i was just wondering which is the easiest way of installing a clean vista. :D

Yeah, that's the only way to do a clean install of Vista from an Upgrade Disc. This guide is a little more specific. It's a hassle to jump through the hoops, but I suppose it's better than not being able to do a clean install at all...

I've heard about upgrade discs not being able to do clean installs, but the upgrade express disc I received several months back lets me do clean installs... what gives? (It activates fine too.)

You too? I also managed to activate the express upgrade disc on the first clean install, and it activates fine too! I think the keys that we recieved are intended as OEM tied to our notebooks, so regardless of upgrading and clean install it should work.

By the way, the best way to get a clean install is to format your hard drive, and install Vista in it.
