I'm sorry, but this software seems rather negligible.
1) By just using a decent free anti-virus, you can eliminate security threats on par with, if not better, than Reimage.
2) By seeing your own temperatures, you can determine whether your laptop needs cleaning or whether a repaste is needed, which is what I assume this software does. To clarify, what this software does is look at your temperatures and thinks; "Are his temperatures a bit high? Clean the fans. Are his temperatures very high? Repaste.
3) Isn't there already a Windows software that comes pre-installed on all laptops that notifies you of programs crashing and searches for solutions?
4) There are better, free, alternatives to backing up your computer. -
Doesn't Windows come with all that stuff built-in now?
- Windows Defender.
- System Restore.
- System File Checker.
- No software can really do this, it's up to you.
- Remove the junk the user installed? Doesn't work, they'll just do it again.
- How could that work?
- That sounds expensive.
This sounds like the type of "software" I'm constantly having to remove for tech-stupid friends and relatives. -
Fat Dragon Just this guy, you know?
Don't trust a pay-to-play software provider that provides download links without pricing information.
Hope NBR is getting something out of this. -

I have no experience with Reimage nor any beef with the company. I simply don't trust anybody offering this kind of business model for this kind of product. You usually end up with similar results to what many free products offer, but at premium prices. That said, if the tech support line is good, this could potentially be a good alternative to free computer cleanup programs for non-techies, as those programs often cause more trouble than they solve if you don't know what you're doing. -
Nice... Try...

Oodle-Bear Alienware Mug, Testpilot
So, giving a complete stranger access to your files over the Internet.. this seems to have a few flaws for security...
I agree that this is a nice offer but, cam be done with a 16Gb Memory stick and Alienware respawn and Ccleaner etc.

-What It Fixes
...
Virus Damage. Once your computer has been infected with a virus, it's no longer the same. After removing it with your anti-virus software, you're often left with lingering side-effects. Technically, your computer might no longer be infected, but that doesn't mean it's error-free. Even simply removing a virus can actually harm your system.
Powerful Fix & Repair. Reimage is the only PC repair service that has the ability to reverse the damage done to your operating system by replacing any damaged or missing file on a Windows operating system with a healthy version of the file.
-What Does Reimage Not Fix?
...In addition, we recommend that you scan your system, after using Reimage to repair your PC, making sure that no malware is left hiding disguised as an OS file.
Mmm, reimaging 'means' getting a copy of a 100% clean (and updated) OS (+progs) imo.
This, they clearly do not guarantee.
Better invest 1 hour in learning free Paragon or something similar to reimage and clean MBR.
