I have a 500GB Momentus XT I pulled of my macbook.

How do I "clone" the OS X partition to my 750G internal (asus), resize to 180GB, then erase the OS X in the 500G XT.

When I'm done, I will be cloning my Win7 64B to the blank 500GB.

What application can I use (don't mind if not free)
I only have one external adaptor.

    Thanks in advance :D
