Hello, I'm cloning to a larger drive and I am obviously going to resize my main partitions but what about all the little partitions that windows and linux creates along side them? Should they be resized to and if so what size on a 500gbish hard drive? Here is the image of the drives. The one I want to clone is the 120gb one to a 500gb one with an effective 465gb size.

No. Those partitions (100 and 450 MB) are always like that, regardless of disk size.

First off we need to know what Software are you using to clone the drive? That would get those that use the similar software to give better inputs to help you out more. From my usage of Acronis Clone when I did that I think it asked me if I wanted to span to the HDD or SDD to fill up the drive which helps when there are missing spaces. Good cloning software should give you the option when cloning to fill up the drive to large size.
