When I play Oblivion with the Dell Dock on (it's on the right side of my screen) and I look around, the Dock pops up, in windowed and fullscreen mode. Is there any sort of program that would automatically shut down the Dell Dock when Oblivion starts, and then restore it when I close out of Oblivion?
    Thanks.

Sorry I don't know a direct answer to your question, but I think you should be able to configure Dell Dock not to pop up annoyingly. It's probably set to take focus whenever you move your cursor to a certain portion of the screen.

See if you can find something in the 'dock location & display behavior' settings to tell it never to take focus or display on top of other windows.
