The setup I have right now for Windows 7 is my SuperBar on the left side, and I have it set to "Combine when taskbar is full." I didn't like how it always grouped windows together because it was always an extra step to find the window that was notifying me (chat windows for example). So this way I can see all the windows I have open, and click directly on the window I want to go to next. Sometimes though, I have like multiple windows open that I want to close all at once. In Vista and lower, I could Ctrl+Click each task on the taskbar, then right click, and hit close all, I can't seem to do that now in 7. Is there some hidden shortcut key that would allow this or do I have to just use Aero to pop out all the thumbnails and close them by middle clicking every darn thumbnail?

I use JustCloseSomeTasks utility :D - it pops up a window from the system tray icon, allowing me to close all tasks, or selectively a few.

    cheers ...
