I am looking for a program that can make my Radeon graphics card (on my alienware) change specific colors to something else. For example, a program in which a specific shade of blue will be displayed as red. Catalyst control center is not specialized enough to do that.

If you do not know of such a program do you at least know a specialized forum somewhere else where I can ask video card/color graphics specialists to assist with my question?

    Thank you,

Could you elaborate a little more? I'm not understanding what color(s) you are trying to change. Are you talking about colors on the fan? Or colors on your monitor?

I think he means that he wants change his colour appearance of his screen.
Maybe he wants to see vivid and bright colours in photoshop and less lively colours in games?

Ah, well if that's the case...

OP: you can look into calibration options within Windows control panel. Or, if you have a dedicated graphics card, the utility that comes with the driver for it should have adjustment settings as well.

You can try third party calibration software as well, or even calibration devices for the LCD screen.

I want something more advanced. I want to be able to pick a certain shade of red and make the graphics card display it as blue colored, for example.

Is there a powerful color editing program?

Sounds like what you want is an ICC Profile Editor. Lots of programs can edit and write these profiles. Photoshop is one of them. Google "ICC Profile Editor" for more information on the topic.

They can write them but Windows still needs a third party software to add these profiles to windows.

You can update the profile manually. Don't have link handy but there are many articles on the matter. I did it a while back, once you know how it's a snap, but haven't done it in a while and forgot! :(

You color blind bro? Hopefully you can find something. I've never even given the subject a thought so I have no suggestions, but interested in it none the less.
