Right now i am in currently in a big situation, so i will skip the formalities and get right to it. There is a virtual simulation program i need to run for one of my courses in college, however after I install it i get this error saying that

Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

I already called microsoft and they have refused to help because aprently OEM vista means they give up the support to the manufacter

from what i know so far this is an active x file

If anyone can help me this it would be greatly appreceated
