I am trying to defragment my disk using Command Prompt. This way, I will be able to access a more advanced disk defragmenter. However, I am told through Command Prompt that I cannot access the Disk Defragmenter because I lack administrative privileges. I am logged in as an administrator. My username is even listed in the Command Prompt.
Anyone know how to fix this?

right click on command prompt and select run as administator.

You could also try booting into safe mode under the Administrator account (not any admin accounts you may have created) and running the defrag from there.

From the start menu, go to "All Programs," then go do to "Command Prompt" and right click it. Go to the "Shortcut" tab, click the "Advanced" button, and finally, check the "Run as Administrator" check box. Now every time you run Command Prompt from the shortcut in the Start Menu, it will automatically run cmd as admin. Good luck.
