I just noticed something about FF3 on some sites that require login, a forum for example, often it will get this error message when you try to "submit" something after staying on that page for too long, it will not go to the next page:

Many people are having is problem if you google it, but there is no fix yet. I think Mozilla will fix this issue with their next release, I hope.

One of the reasons I use the latest Opera. On top of that, many sites are not compatible with FF3.

lol, more webpages work in FF than in Opera. There was a similar bug in 9.27 with redirects.

I think the problem is in how FF3 deals with and stores authenticated sessions. If you go to Tools>Clear Private Data and clear the Authenticated Sessions it will fix the problem for a while.

Shouldn't be too hard for them to fix, hopefully in a couple weeks. Other than this and some rendering problems with IE targeted content FF3 rocks!

Thanks. I tried this before but I'm not 100% sure, because my sessions are set to be cleared every time I exit FF, and it will still have this problem on some sites even when FF is freshly opened. Anyway, I hope they will fix this in the next release, cause never seen this with FF2 before.

What does FF deletes exactly when you use "Clear Private Data", cookies with usernames and paswords?

I've mine set up to clear everything except browsing history.

You can change that in Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Private Data -> Settings

and what happens when Opera hits a non-compatible site? use FF? use IE? use Safari? or masking the site to be recognised by FF (new thing in 9.5)?

    cheers ...

NBR has no problem for me either, it's just another forum I visit that's also based on vBulletin but has different plug-ins I guess, in fact every other VB forums I go has no problem except that one, and another bank site that I use. I think there are couple of other sites that I've seen this problem, but I couldn't remember anymore.

What do you mean? These are all(except the last one) the default things you can make it delete:

Sorry, I was asking because I didn't know if there was a drop menu under "Clear Private Data", I thought it would delete something, but I wasn't sure what, thanks. The heat is affecting me :D
