Comodo makes commercial-quality free software, as I've found out from my experimenting. System Cleaner is no exception; it has numerous advanced functions that many commercial programs do, and the UI is fairly well designed and completely devoid of advertising.

My only complaint is that the program requires Windows to restart, and often. After installing, you must restart. After cleaning the disk for zero-length files, you must restart. Most of the cleaning operations it can perform require a restart of the system. I suppose it has to do with how tightly integrated with Windows the program was intended to be, but it can get very annoying.

Overall, I would rate this software as between 7.5 and 8 out of 10. If you want something more thorough and extensive than CCleaner but is still free, Comodo System Cleaner is a suitable alternative. If CCleaner does the job for you just fine, maybe you just want to try out Comodo to give it a chance.

I am more sceptical on Comodo (tried its FW and AV before).
I am 100% happy with Advanced System Care (free) and I don't look for something else to try since I found it. Can only recommend it.

A pretty through application for cleaning up your PC. Although, I'd still recommend CCleaner. The only irritating part of the program is that you need to restart everytime. It can get annoying at times.

    Cheers!

The rebooting is actually part of a pretty cool feature. It backs up the changes made, and reboots the machine to test if anything was deleted that would cause the system to perform improperly.

You can turn that off in the settings by unchecking, "Use SAFE DELETE / REGISTRY PROTECTION". However, I wouldn't recommend that, since that's a pretty cool feature. Especially for those (like myself) who just delete everything suggested haphazardly  .

Although CCleaner also offers registry backups, so they are pretty much on the ball as well.
