I have three subfolders and one file on MyName-PC -

    Backup 2010-10-11 203654
    Catalog
    SPPMetadataCache
    MediaId

So does this mean that I could go back to the point I created this back up image?

How do I access these files when I need to go back to these images later?

I noticed it's usually very fast when I clean install. But it slows down after awhile by noticeable numbers. So when I go back to this image, does this mean that it will be same as the first time?

I only installed windows update and drivers.

So when do I need to revert back to this image, how do I do that? Do I need to burn this onto a DVD-R? But this is not in the form of .iso right? Does this auto-boot if burnt to a CD?

    Thanks!
