The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. This looks interesting, though I'm not really into shelling out dough for add-on protection, whether it be extended warranties, service plans, or laptop recovery. I do my best to keep a keen eye on my notebook  , whether at school or elsewhere, and most of the time it is safe and sound at home anyway.

I guess if money were no object, I'd get it. Since it is, I'll go without (though at $100 this is pretty reasonable...especially if your notebook is really valuable to you).
