    Hey,
my windows 64 bit sager np2096 laptop is acting very strange. now whenever i boot it up it tells me 'windows explorer has stopped working and is looking for a solution' and then tells me that windows is looking for a driver for an unknown device. the task bar and start menu are now like the ones in windows 2000 (grey and simple). it will not let me go back to a restore point either for some reason because 'an error was detected in the volume shadow copy service (VSS). the problem occured when trying to contact the VSS writers. Please verify that the event system service and the VSS service are running and check for associated errors in the event loss (0x80042318).' this all happened after instaling fallout 3.. in safe mode everything seems stable and ok but i cant go online, windows firewall wont turn on and the driver for the bluetooth is messed up. when i tried to turn on windows firewall it brought me to the 'Services' page. i have no idea how to fix whatever i messed up.. any help would REALLY be appreciated since my vista 32 and 64 bit CD is home in America... thanks!!

. Is your wireless device active?
. Does it see available wireless networks?
. Can you expand as what you tried and what happened when you tried to connect?

    cheers ...
