    Computer Freezes when downloading

    hey guys,

    when im using uTorrent to download, after an hour or so....my computer just freezes and i have to hold down the power button to restart. i uninstalled and reinstalled uTorrent but no luck....

    any solutions?

    it happened again and the speed meter pro didnt show anything.

    While I can't speak for your program as I don't use it, and don't want to use it.
    Download the Sysinterlnals suite (legally from Microsoft) and use Process explorer to track all processes.

    I know that Opera 8.5 was buggy on my old XP laptop.

    It may be a currupted installation, bad programming - due the basics of troubleshooting.
