    Hello,
I was wondering if there is a conky like program for vista?

The only thing that comes to mind is the windows sidebar...but I would rather like something more lightweight and less annoying :D

    Thx

wth? I cant seem to create any text files in anything in the C partition...right click -> new only gives option of a folder.

wth?? i have never encountered this before...

everywhere else on my computer i can right click -> new and it gives me many options, like a text file.

i thought that maybe its because its set to "read only"...i tried turning that off but it wont turn off. plus my D parition is also set to read only and i can create things there...

i seem to be able to install new programs fine on the C partition...i just can manually create anything but a folder?? whats up? this has NEVER happened to me before.

i have been using ubuntu for about 2 weeks, so i keep thinking "sudo" and "gedit" but i dont recall vista ever having to do something like that...o_o
