the problem is when I fax, scan or print a document I get a error message that says "lexmark Web Gatway has stopped working, please restart the program".
Despite this message, the procedur is completed without any problems, but each time i print or fax or scan via computer the message box will show up,I m running it wireless.
I`ve already reinstalled and updated the drivers and beeing in contact with Lexmark support without improvement!

Edit: when i reinstall the drivers it will work some days without problems or error messages, then it will be shown up!
Could anyone give a tips about how to attend it?

Hope i could specify the problem for u guys!

    Thanks!

What operating system do you have? Do you have the correct and most recent drivers/software for your Lexmark?

Yes I have. But they couldn`t solve the problem, they will discuss it with their techniciens and then tell me how to do,but i don`t think they will manage with it,cause i`ve already spend alot of time on the phone without improvement.

They was not sure what the issue is and how to solve it,they will contact me later, but i don`t beleive they will find a god solution for it.I`ve called them many, many times and reinstalled the drivers many times. The problem is still there.

Have you tried looking into Lexmark database and see if there are related info (faqs) regarding your model?

    http://images.lexmark.com/publications/pdfs/2007/index/en.html

Furthermore, lexmark printers (like hp) left many remnant entries - in registry - that one must manually remove before re.installation

    cheers ...
