I'm about to lose my mind here. I just bought a Zune today and I'm trying to convert all of my videos to wmv to make them compatible, but I seem to be having the worst luck getting them to convert. I've tried a few different programs, which I either can't get to work or end up with terrible quality.

I'm looking for a decent converter, but more importantly I need a clear walkthrough of what I need to do and what each option is. It seems like every explanation I've looked at assumes you already know what all the options mean. I don't expect you guys to tell me every little detail I need to know, but a website that does would be nice.

    Thanks for the help.

Super Converter has preset settings for the Zune. You just have to set the quality bitrate

    Check out DVDFab5.

I believe it has a preset for Zune, it's easy to use, and gives you (I believe) 45 day trial.

I've been using it for about a month, and so far love it! GREAT quality (I rip dvd's for use on my computer, but I'm sure it works as well for a Zune......

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply, I've been really busy with classes.

Anyway, the programs I've tried. I tried MediaCoder, which seems good but I just can't figure it out. Prism Video Converter, which converted the video, but the sound was awful. I tried some online converter which worked, but for some reason the wmv was still incompatible. I also tried Windows Media Batch Encoder or something like that, but it froze or crashed every time. So yeah, its getting to be a little irritating.

I'll give Super Converter a shot and get back to you with the results.

UPDATE: Super converter worked perfectly and its easy! The first video I converted came out almost triple the size of the original, so I'll have to mess around with the settings a bit, but other than that its working great. Thanks guys!
