I recently installed Vista 64 bit ultimate edition SP1 on my Sager 5793 and it was running fine. I then got the Stark Dock deskscapes so that I could run dream files in motion in the background. I was running them fine and while 1 was running I shut my notebook and it went into sleep mode. Then I quickly wanted to take it out of sleep mode but it wouldn't come out and I was forced to reset the system.

After doing this booting into windows, resulted in the sidebar not really loading and then an error about windows explorer hanging, looking at further details of the error it said that it was waiting for spoolsv to load. Vista turned off dreamscenes and my aero glass automatically.

Then the crazy part when I was reboot into safe mode so I could try and resolve the problem and I go intro control panel the GUI looked like the image below. With huge fonts which were 'striked out'.

Also when I hit the arrow button next to the hibernate button to do a reset the menu that came up was blank but the options were still there (divided by a line). I didn't get a pic of that though.

Right now aero is back but I'm not sure if I can run dreamscene without these problems. Any idea why this is happening or what the cause is? Thank you!
