    Create New Folder option is not working

    Hi,

    This is Vijay, I'm using Dell Vostro 1500 series laptop with Windows XP home edition and I'm facing the problem that I'm not able to create new folder while clicking on the Icon at the time of Downloading any file or what ever it may be, Please suggest me how to Handle this situation

    Check the permissions for the user account you're using when you try to download and see if there are any restrictions on that account and what permissions the account has been granted.
