I have a thinkpad with an Msata SSD along with a 2.5"" HDD. Windows is on the Msata. The Msata is only 32gb and I want to upgrade it to a new 64gb. Is it possible to create an image of the 32gb Msata to the HDD, then install the 64gb Msata, and restore the image back onto that?

Obviously the ideal method would be to clone the 32gb directly to the 64gb Msata, but with only 1 slot, that's not an option (unless I buy some sort of Msata to USB adapter)

What program, if any, could I use to do this?

Would like to avoid a clean install.

Macrium Reflect > create 'rescue media' (winPE usb stick) > reboot from usb stick & check that Reflect loads and msata + hdd are recognized > reboot normally > image msata (all partitions) to internal HDD > shut down > install new msata > boot with Reflect usb winPE > restore .mrimg file from HDD to msata.

Depending on circumstances, may have to temporarily set bios to legacy to boot from usb.

Finish the job on the 64gb with Minitool partition wizard (will very probably want to allocate whatever unused space to c: )
