I was just wondering if it was possible to create your own boot partition, such as the one that comes hidden when you get your computer on the hard drive and not on a CD or DVD. I want to be able to keep everything in one place and have it custom made, so if I have any problems at all, I just press F11 at start up and then the reimaging from the hard drive starts up. I know I can do this from a CD/DVD using Acronis True Image and Norton Ghost, but I want to eliminate the added extra CD's that I would have to scrounge up from some place I put it and it would definitely speed up the reimaging time. I also know I can create my own custom windows install disc, but that can only hold as much as a CD or a DVD, but the speed is still an issue and I would still need a seperate boot disc, as I use Acronis True Image. This is just more of a curiousity thing rather and would make building computers for someone much easier if they ever come into any problems.
