So I have CrystalDiskInfo for its AAM/APM control, I used this for my HDD & Hybrid Drive (SSHD) where I installed my Steam games and I always set AAM/APM control to "FEh" for maximum performance (and enable) but I wonder if there is going to have any negative effect in the HDD/SSHD in the long run? Is it going to damage both drives

Mostly it will increase the heat buildup, usually stick with HDD default APM controls. What was the reason you changed it? Any specific issue you faced?
-
Occasionally the disk randomly stopped spinning causing stuttering and freezing.
-
It stops spinning because of disk inactivity. You could change the settings of never turning off HDD in power settings.
What about SSD or SSHD? -
I already did, SSD is working fine, SSHD is fine too. I already changed the HDD with a new one but it seems HDD is problematic.

How is SMART status?

Weren't you referrring to a third "HDD" drive as well?
